Adrian Albu
Former Secretary General of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova
Mr. Adrian Albu was the Secretary General of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova between 2019-2021. Between 2016 and 2019, Mr. Albu was the Advisor to the Chair of the faction of the Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova in the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova.
He held different positions in the Center for Combating Economic Crimes and Corruption. From 2009 to 2011, he held the position of Chief Inspector at the Customs Service.
Mr. Adrian Albu has a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Master Degree in Economic Law from Moldova State University.
Since October 1st 2020 Mr. Albu serves as a Chairman of the Network of Secretaries General of Parliament of the Eastern partnership Countries.
Tigran Galstyan
Former Chief of Staff, Secretary General of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia

Mr. Tigran Galstyan was the Chief of Staff, Secretary General of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia since January 21, 2019 till March 2021. During the period of September 2018 to January 2019 he was the adviser to the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Armenia. Before that position he was the head of president staff of IMEX GROUP LLC (Yerevan, Armenia): from May 2009 to August 2018.
Mr. Galstyan has a doctoral degree at economics in Yerevan State University. His thesis title is “Organization's management information system modeling problems”. From September 2000 to June 2002, Mr. Galstyan has studies in Public Administration and Local Self-Government, School of Public Administration of the Republic of Armenia. He is a qualified public servant. He is also a qualified economist-manager, alumni of Yerevan State Institute of Economics, Department of Management.
Givi Mikanadze
Former Secretary General of the Parliament of Georgia

Givi Mikanadze was the Secretary General of the Parliament of Georgia between 2018 - 2020. Before that function, he was a Rector of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia. Formerly, he acted as a Project Manager at the Police and Prison Unit of the Council of Europe, managing projects on prison and probation reform in Eastern Partnership and Balkan countries, as well as a Vice Minister of Justice of Georgia in charge of prisons, probation and court bailiffs. Since 2011 Mr. Mikanadze is an invited Professor at the Law School of Tbilisi State University and since 2018 – at Ilia State University. In 2013-2017 he has been an Associated Professor at East European University and since 2018 became an affiliated Associated Professor at Georgian National University (SEU). Mr. Mikanadze has a Master Degree in Law at Tbilisi State University and in European Law at University of Essex. Since 2013 he is a PhD candidate in Criminal Law at VU Amsterdam and the NSCR. Elected to the ASGP Executive Committee in April 2019. Between 2018-2019 he served as a Chairman of the Network of Secretaries General of Parliament of the Eastern partnership Countries.
Ara Saghatelyan
Former Chief of Staff - Secretary General of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia

Mr. Ara Saghatelyan was the Chief of Staff - Secretary General of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia from the period of 2017 to January 11 2019. During 2009-2017 he was the Director of Information and Public Relations Center SNCO under the Administration of the President of Armenia. Since 2003 he is a Visiting lecturer at the Yerevan State University, faculty of Pedagogy. Mr. Saghatelyan was the Press Secretary to the Minister of Justice of Armenia from 2001-2006. He has a doctoral degree in Pedagogy, in Yerevan State University.
Galina Yurkevich
Former Secretary General of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus

Galina Yurkevich was the Head of the Secretariat of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus from April 2009 to April 2019. Earlier she served at different posts of the Secretariat of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus and the Secretariat of the Supreme Soviet of the Republic of Belarus. She has got a degree in Law at Belarusian State University in Minsk.
Ala Popescu

Ms Ala Popescu, lawyer by profession, has a vast experience in the management of the public institutions. She held different positions in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova, State Chancellery, Administration of the President of the Republic of Moldova. In 2004, Ms Popescu was appointed as President of the Court of Accounts of the Republic of Moldova and she fulfilled his function until april 2011. In July 2012 she became Secretary General of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova, a position she held until December 2018 when she was appointed as Member of the Competition Council Plenum. Ms Ala Popescu was born in 1958, in Colicăuți village, Briceni district. She graduated from Moldova State University and the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Moldova.
