TBILISI Memorandum
The Memorandum of Understanding between the Parliamentary Administrations of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, the Parliament of Georgia, the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova and the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, also referred to as the TBILISI Memorandum, is a written demonstration of the good will and commitment of parties representing the major part of the Eastern Partnership region, to establish a regional network for cooperation and exchange of good practice among themselves and interested partners. The Document aims to disburse joint efforts in order to enhance the presence of respective parliamentary administrations in the regional thematic cooperation formats, further contribute to strengthening partnership among legislative administrations and cooperate in areas related to promotion of a successful regional cooperation, exchange of practice and institutional capacity building.
