The Network of Secretaries General of Parliament of the Eastern Partnership Countries
The Network of Secretaries General of Parliament of the Eastern Partnership Countries was established in the framework of the TBILISI Memorandum regional cooperation between the Parliamentary Administrations of the Eastern Partnership countries. On 25 September 2018, the TBILISI Memorandum was signed by the Secretaries General of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, the Parliament of Georgia, the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova and the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. The initiative has created an unprecedented Eastern Partnership inter-parliamentary platform to foster regional cooperation among partner countries and form the professional network of Secretaries General and parliamentary practitioners to share experience and enhance cooperation in various fields of common interest.
