    Ketevan Kvinikadze

    Secretary General of the Parliament of Georgia

    Ms. Ketevan Kvinikadze is the Secretary General of the Parliament of Georgia since April 2021.

    Lawyer by profession, she graduated from the Faculty of Law of the David Agmashenebeli University of Georgia, with a Master’s Academic Degree in 1998. Between 2008 and2009 she attended a one year course at Tbilisi School of Political Studies (TSPS).

    In May of 2019, Ms. Kvinikadze was appointed as the Deputy Secretary General of the Parliament of Georgia.  In her early career years, Ms. Kvinikadze worked in various units of the executive and judicial bodies. During 2004-2009, she worked as a Project Director at the Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association.

    Ms. Kvinikadze served as a Deputy Head and later as the Head of Administration of the National Bureau of Enforcement at the Ministry of Justice of Georgia; During 2011-2012, she worked as a Head of Administration at the Investigation Service of Ministry of Finance of Georgia. In September 2013 - she was elected as a Deputy Director of the High School of Justice. Between 2018-2019 - she served as a Program Manager of “Higher Education Quality Enhancement and Internationalization” at the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement.
