On 7 December 2018, in the framework of the 2nd Working Meeting of Secretaries General of Parliamentary Administrations of the Eastern Partnership Countries held in Yerevan, the YEREVAN Annex to the TBILISI Memorandum was signed by the member Secretaries General of the Network of Secretaries General of Parliament of the Eastern Partnership Countries, thus establishing the Eastern Partnership Parliaments’ Research Network (EPPRN) within the initial framework regional cooperation under the TBILISI Memorandum. The aim of the EPPRN platform is to conduct joint research and analytical activities and to facilitate the exchange of information among signatory parties to the Memorandum. The signatory members of the EPPRN include the Parliamentary Administrations of the Republic of Armenia, Republic of Belarus, Georgia, Republic of Moldova and Ukraine. Nevertheless, Milli Mejlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan equally participates in the activities of the Network.
